These are the terms and conditions for the website and content writing service Verbal Virtuosos which is owned by CHARLESBRIDGE SERVICES SRO and based at Ostrava, Moravská Ostrava, Sladkova 372/8, P.C. 702 00, Czech Republic. Please read them carefully.

    1. Accounts

      1. Accounts are required for all clients to be able to book content writing services.

      2. Only one account is permitted per client, and the customer is responsible for all activity which takes place on their account.

      3. All accounts are` security and password protected. It is the responsibility of the client to make sure their account information remains secure.

    2. Contracts

      1. A contract is made when a client has accepted a proposal for the supply of content writing services, with the fees due and to be paid in advance.

      2. Proposals are accepted in writing via email.

      3. A contract for a set project can not be cancelled once work has begun on a project.

      4. On-going contracts for services such as social media content management shall continue on a rolling monthly basis to be agreed between the client and Verbal Virtuosos in advance.

      5. Verbal Virtuosos shall terminate any contracts immediately if the client is in breach of any of these terms and conditions.

      6. Contracts can only be amended in writing, and the client must accept that any amendments to contracts or writing briefs may incur additional fees and/or an extended delivery period.

      7. If Verbal Virtuosos is unable to accept your proposal or take on your project then the client shall be informed as soon as possible.

      8. Verbal Virtuosos has the right to discuss the provision of any content writing services in advance is they suspect these could be libellous, illegal, or otherwise in breach of any other third-party rights.

      9. The client shall have no right to seek any cancellation of the proposal or any repayment of fees based on the style or composition of the final written product.

    3. Client’s obligations

      1. If the client does not provide all the necessary details which are required by Verbal Virtuosos to make the brief and for the services to be produced, then the client shall be contacted and they must provide this outstanding information as soon as possible.

      2. Any delay in the provision of this information could lead to a delay or an extension to the delivery period. The client must accept that any such delay is due to their actions and as such is their responsibility.

      3. All information provided by the client to Verbal Virtuosos must be complete and accurate. Any changes in facts or other information which could be relevant to the brief or proposal must be communicated to Verbal Virtuosos as soon as possible.

      4. The client accepts that any such changes could lead to the contract being amended in order to cover the change in circumstances.

      5. If Verbal Virtuosos requires a decision or approval from the client to be able to provide the services, then the client shall provide this information in a timely manner. Failure to comply with this could lead to the services being terminated or paused.

      6. It is the client’s responsibility to obtain all necessary consents, licenses, and or any other permissions which may be required for the use of any images, material, copy or any other matter which could be supplied to Verbal Virtuosos for use in the writing services.

      7. Verbal Virtuosos shall be under no obligation to check that this information has been properly obtained, and the client agrees to indemnify Verbal Virtuosos against any claims which could arise from their use,

      8. Any delay to the provision of the services which has arisen from the failure of the client to perform its obligations shall not be the responsibility of Verbal Virtuosos and the client accepts this.

      9. The client agrees that it shall not employ or contract the services of any employees or writers of Verbal Virtuosos outside of the platform.

    4. Content writing services

      1. All content writing services which are supplied under this contract shall be contained in the proposal. Any amendments to this must be arranged in writing, and Verbal Virtuosos may charge additional fees.

      2. The descriptions provided by Verbal Virtuosos of its services on the website www.verbalvirtuosos.com are as accurate as possible and have been provided in good faith.

      3. The client must decide for themselves whether the services which have been outlined in their proposal to be supplied by Verbal Virtuosos meet their needs and requirements.

      4. The client accepts that the services provided may at times differ slightly from the proposal and Verbal Virtuosos can not guarantee that any of the items provided shall be identical to the description of services on the website or in the proposal and the client shall accept ths.

      5. If the client has any specific requirement for their proposal then these need to be communicated with Verbal Virtuosos in advance of the proposal being formed.

      6. Verbal Virtuosos reserves the right to amend or improve the proposal at any time in the event it suspects that this will lead to an improved result for the client.

    5. Fees

      1. All fees for the provision of writing services are due in advance in accordance with the proposal.

      2. For retained work services then the fee must be paid on an on-going basis on the date agreed. If the fee has not been paid, then services shall be paused and not resume until the payment has been made in full.

      3. All payments are processed online through the website using a secure third-party payment provider.

    6. Delivery

      1. The client shall be advised and asked to accept the delivery period for the services when the contract has been made. The delivery period shall be set by Verbal Virtuosos and shall reflect the appropriate amount of time required to deliver the writing services specified.

      2. If any issues arise and the delivery period needs to be revised, then this shall be run by the client.

      3. Verbal Virtuosos shall not be liable for any loss or damage which has been suffered by the client or any other third party through any delay which has been caused by unforeseen circumstances.

      4. If the client requires that the works be completed by a certain date, then this is something that needs to be communicated in writing in advance to Verbal Virtuosos before the contract has been entered into.

      5. Verbal Virtuosos is only bound by certain delivery dates if this is something that they have agreed to in writing.

      6. If the client does not supply all the materials which may be required for Verbal Virtuosos to complete the job, then they need to accept that delivery will be delayed and that they may still be liable for a payment of the fee.

7. Refunds

    1. Refunds may be requested if the delivered content does not meet the requirements outlined in the original order (e.g., topic, word count, style, or key points).

    2. Refund requests will only be considered if the issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the final content.

    3. If the client has already approved the initial draft or accepted the final version of the content, a refund will not be granted.

    4. Requests for refunds based solely on personal preferences or subjective opinions (e.g., writing style, tone, or minor revisions) may not be eligible.

8. Limitation of Liability

    1. In the event that Verbal Virtuosos is prevented or delayed from performing its obligations under the contract by any circumstances which could happen outside of their control then Verbal Virtuosos shall be relived from performing their obligations and shall not be in breach of the contract or otherwise be liable for any delays in the performance of such obligations.

    2. The liability of Verbal Virtuosos to the client shall not exceed the fee and/or any expenses which have been paid.

    3. Verbal Virtuosos is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses to the client or any other third party.

    4. The contract is exclusive between the client and Verbal Virtuosos and no other third parties shall have any rights under the contract.

9. Intellectual Property

    1. All copyright, trademarks, and all other intellectual property rights in all the services and materials including the website shall remain with Verbal Virtuosos.

    2. Upon payment of the fee in full, Verbal Virtuosos shall grant the client an indefinite license to use the materials which have been supplied under the contract for the purposes which have been set out in the contract.
